DEPOSIT(BOOKING FEE) & POLICY
 
If you are late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and you will forfeit your deposit. You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appt. time to fill 
out client paperwork.   

If you NO SHOW for your touch up, a $50 
NO SHOW Fee Plus the  Procedure Fee will be due before being put back on the schedule. 

 If you are a NO SHOW for an original procedure the Full Fee will be due in full before being put back on the schedule.

  Our scheduling is very structured. And our time as well as others is very important.
If you need to reschedule an already existing appt. you can carry your deposit over to the new appt. 1 time.   However, if you r/s more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another deposit.

OUT OF STATE CLIENTS:
Please keep in mind that even if an appointment is scheduled, there is the possibility that an unforeseen issue that was not identified in the photo
or questionnaire may result in Mary not being able to perform the procedure.   
(For example: Blemishes in or around the area) 

If you show up and the appointment is canceled, you will forfeit your $50 deposit and will be required to secure a new appointment with another deposit.

If there are any blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin of any kind, moles or other skin imperfections in or around the area of the procedure, Mary WILL NOT be able to do the procedure until the blemish or area of concern is gone or the mole is removed and healed.
 
If you show up to the appointment and there is an area of concern you will be rescheduled and forfeit your deposit.
 NO EXCEPTIONS
 
If at any time, you go to another technician after Mary has done your original 
procedure/s, she will no longer perform any future services on you. 
 Mary is the only person that performs permanent makeup in our office and her schedule stays quite full.  It is up to the client to maintain their current and 
future appointments.

Appointment Deposit/Reservation:
$50.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees.
 
IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED UPON SCHEDULING OR WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING, IT WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.

Cancellation Policy:
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE.  No exceptions...An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. 
 
Rescheduling/Late Policy:
**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**
 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could
 force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.
 
No Show Policy:
Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full plus the fee for the missed appointment/s before being rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS
