Policy
Two appointments are necessary to achieve and complete most permanent make-up procedures. It is recommended to have your touch up appointment within 2-6 months of your original procedure.
Appointment Reservation:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees. This also applies to touch-up procedures.
**New clients and those who have not had an appointment in 2 years or more, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork**

Cancellation Policy:
A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs., you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions...An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If 2 appointments are missed or canceled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date. If the appointment is canceled within the time frame mentioned...the full amount will be refunded less the PayPal service charge.
Rescheduling/Late Policy:
**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could
force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.
No Show Policy:
Any client that doesn't show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any futures appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.
Please Note:
Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price regardless of the procedure.
